FC Series

'FC' or 'Forward-Control' Jeeps are one of the more ungainly looking creations in the Jeep inventory. Built from 1957 through at least 1965 there were two major models.

FC150

  • 1/2-ton
  • 81-inch wheelbase (possibly built on modified CJ-5 chassis?)

FC170

  • 1-ton
  • 103.5-inch wheelbase
  • FC170DRW (dual-rear wheel) was made but is rare. Possibly fewer than 2000 were built, often used as a panel van (delivery) platform
